FP&A Simulator
An interactive finance and commercial decision simulator for teaching FP&A, pricing, working capital, trade-offs, and decision-making under operational constraint.
What it does
The FP&A Simulator puts learners inside business scenarios where pricing, volume, supplier terms, customer behavior, inventory, cash flow, and financial statements interact. The goal is to teach judgment: how a decision moves through the business and what consequences follow.
No multiple-choice fantasy. Every decision has consequences.

Context
The FP&A Simulator grew out of teaching at CEFAM, INSEEC, UCLY / USAC, and emlyon business school — where the gap between textbook finance and operational reality is obvious within the first classroom session. Most finance courses teach the formulas. This project teaches the decisions.
